General terms and conditions — Termintreu

Contracting party is Nexilon Services GmbH, Dörrmattring 32, 5070 Frick, Switzerland («we»).

The subject matter is the Termintreu cloud software as described on the website and in the account.

The contract is formed upon successful registration and acceptance of these GTC. For paid plans, confirmation of the selected plan and payment method also applies.

We provide Termintreu with reasonable availability. Maintenance windows may be announced. Specific availability metrics are owed only if expressly agreed in writing.

You provide accurate practice data and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for lawful content in your calendar and reminders, including consents where required.

Listed prices in CHF apply. Invoices are due within the stated period. After reminder, we may suspend service in case of default.

Payment options may include TWINT, PostFinance, and card payments via Stripe; options shown at checkout prevail.

Free and paid plans may be terminated subject to notice as per the applicable plan.

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for gross negligence and intent; liability for auxiliaries remains. We are not liable for failures of third parties (e.g. Google, payment providers) outside our control.

Swiss substantive law applies. Exclusive venue is — where permissible — at the seat of Nexilon Services GmbH.
