Email delivery: recipient address, delivery status, technical logs.

Website use: technical logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) as needed for operations and security.

4. Legal bases

Contract and pre-contract measures (account, providing Termintreu).

Legitimate interest in secure operation, abuse prevention, and error analysis (limited logging).

Consent where you choose optional features or explicitly confirm OAuth access to Google Calendar.

We use Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and storage (Firestore). Google may process data outside Switzerland; we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses where required).

Google Calendar uses the Google Calendar API under your OAuth consent; Google’s terms apply.

Other subprocessors are contractually bound where used.

Account data is kept while the account exists; after deletion we remove or anonymise data as far as technically possible, subject to legal retention duties.

Logs are rotated or deleted on a defined schedule.
